Who Can Register?
Any resident parent or resident legal guardian may register children ages 0 - 12 years of age.
What do I need to bring?
To register, you will need the following: 1) A valid U.S. Government Photo ID (Parent/Legal Guardian) 2) Birth Certificate / Proof of Birth (Child to be registered) 3) Proof of Address dated within the last 30 days of registration date.Utility bills must have parent/legal guardian name and current address.
Where do I register?
Register at the Atwater Community Center 760 E. Bellevue Rd (Across from Osborn Park) Monday - Friday, 11 AM to 4 PM starting October 21, 2019 and ending December 6th, 2019
